How we can help Helping Young People Social groups and drop ins Social groups and drop ins We have weekly, friendly drop in sessions at our West End Youth building on the West Road in Newcastle. They offer you (as long as you are aged 11 to 25 years old) the chance to meet new friends, get free confidential advice and information. There are currently four sessions during the week on: Monday 3.30pm - 6.30pm under 16’s – cooking, youth activities, advice and support Monday 4.00pm - 6.00pm Young Voices Participation Group (here's their latest newsletter) Wednesday 4.00pm - 6.00pm Girls group (11-18 years) Thursday 3.30pm - 6.30pm over 16’s – cooking, youth activities, advice and support Friday 3.00pm - 6.00pm – sexual health drop-in (sexual health nurse available via booking) During drop-in’s you can talk to someone confidentially about anything you need to including drugs and alcohol, mental health, employment, rights, debts and benefits. Our friendly and supportive staff are here to help. There's also some fantastic online resources that you can access including The Mix.
