How we can help Resource Library How to make a sensory bottle at home This easy to make sensory bottle acts a bit like a lava lamp and is very calming to watch - perfect if you're feeling anxious. What you'll need: Clean empty plastic bottle Water Glycerin (available in supermarkets) Craft items such as pom poms, sequins, beads, glitter glue Glue/sellotape Start by putting your chosen craft items into the empty bottle and fill to about halfway. Pour water into the bottle until it's around 3/4's full. Pour in some glycerin (this helps to keep the water fresh). Top up the water to the top. Put some glue around the top of the bottle to keep the lid from coming off. You can also add sellotape to make it that bit more secure. Enjoy!
