One of our counselling team, Debbie, has put together a video explaining exam stress and some hints and tips on how to deal with it.  

The video is 5.30 minutes long, so if you don't have that time to watch, skip to 4 minutes in for her useful hints and tips.

Don't forget, stress is not necessarily a bad thing, but if you get overwhelmed, find someone you can talk to.  There are lots of online resources that can help too including On My Mind site resources.
